WHAT MAKES TS-12 Anon Different From Other 12-Step Programs?TS-12 Anon is a trauma-sensitive adaptation of the traditional 12 steps—designed specifically for those impacted by another’s abuse, addiction, adultery, or abandonment. It replaces shame with self-compassion, reframes “defects” as survival strategies, and honors each survivor’s pace and story. Meetings can also be run publicly and/ or privately such as with professionals.
